¡Hello Seller!

We know that discovering your template has been "partially IR rejected" can be concerning, but don't worry, I'm here to help explain.

Our article will guide you step-by-step to correct your template and ensure all your products are successfully uploaded to our marketplace.

Let's get started!

If your template request is in this state, it means that some of your products were approved in Intercorp Seller Center, but some were not approved due to observations that you need to correct.

Here’s how to do it.

  • Go to the "Catalog" module and navigate to the "Product Request" tab.
  • Then locate the request number you generated when you uploaded your template. You can use the "Search Request" filter to find it faster.

  • If your request is in the "Partially IR Rejected (Rechazado parcialmente IR)" state, it's time to correct the observed template and re-upload it to continue the regular process and ensure all your products are successfully uploaded to our Marketplace.

Once you find your request in the "Partially IR Rejected" ("Rechazado parcialmente IR") state, go to the "File" column and click on the icon to download the file with the observations.

  • Open the downloaded file.
  • Go to the last column, where you will find the observations that need to be corrected.

  • In the template, only keep the products that need correction and address the reported observations. Save the corrected file.

  • Return to the "Catalog" module and the "Product Request" tab.
  • Locate your request again using the "Product Request" filter.
  • Once found, go to the "Replace" column and click on the icon.

  • Select your corrected template and that's it. Your template will be reviewed again by our platform. It’s important to keep an eye on the status of your request so you can take the necessary actions immediately.

Remember: Once your template is approved, you need to assign stock to your products for them to be visible on the ecommerce sites. If you need more information, we invite you to check our article: "How can I update the stock of my products?"

And that’s it! By following these steps, you’ll be able to correct your template and ensure all your products are available on our marketplace.

Good luck!

Until next time!
