What do the loading states of my product template mean?

Hello Seller!


After uploading your template to our Seller Center platform following our product upload process, a request will be generated.



This step is crucial, as our system will start processing your template until it is finally activated in Seller Center. Therefore, it is very important to keep an eye on the statuses of your request so you can take immediate action.


Here, we will explain in a simple way what each status means and what you need to do in each case.


Let's get started.



To check the status of your request, you should go to the "Product Request" tab. Then, locate it in the request table or use the "Search Request" filter.


Once found, in the "Status" column, you will see the current status of your request.




We'll explain each of the states, what they mean, and the actions to take in each case:

Your request has just been submitted. Our platform will soon process your request.Hold on a moment. Our platform will soon start working on your request.
In process
("En proceso")
Your template is being reviewed by our platform.Stay calm. We are working on it. Keep an eye on your request to see if it changes to a new status.
IR review
("Revisión IR")

Your template is being reviewed by our Content team.


(maximum period: 7 business days.)

Stay alert, our team is reviewing your template.

Check if your request has changed to a new status.
Invalid template
("Plantilla inválida")

Something went wrong. Issues were detected in your uploaded template (format, images).


Your template will not be processed.

You should:


  • Download the erroneous template.
  • Review the detected issues and correct them.
  • Re-upload the updated template, replacing the previous version.
Rejected IR
("Rechazado IR")
There are issues with your template, and it could not be processed.

You should:

  • Download the erroneous template.
  • Review the detected issues and correct them.
  • Re-upload the updated template, replacing the previous version.

Partially Rejected IR
("Rechazado parcial IR")
Some of your products have been approved, but others were not processed (observations were found).

You should:

  1. Download the erroneous template.
  2. Remove the approved products from the file and keep only the products with observations.
  3. Correct the detected observations.
  4. Upload the updated template replacing the previous version.

Approved
("Aprobado")

¡Congratulations!


Your template has been successfully processed, and all your products are now activated on our platform.


Assign stock to your products so they can be visible to your customers. It's time to start selling!



  • My template has been invalid or rejected IR, what should I do?

    If you find that your template is in either of the following states: Invalid template ("Plantilla inválida") or Rejected IR ("Rechazado IR"), don't worry.


    Download the template with errors, correct only the observations, and upload it again. Do not modify the products that do not have errors. For more details, review our article: My template was rejected, what should I do?


  • If my template is in the "Partially Rejected IR" ("Rechazado parcial IR") state, what should I do?

    If your template is in the "Partially Rejected IR" ("Rechazado parcial IR") state, it means that some of your products are already active, but others need correction.


Download the template with errors, correct only the products with issues, and upload it again. For more details, refer to our article: My template was partially IR rejected, what should I do?


  • What should I do if my template is approved?

Great! Just allocate stock to your products so they are available to your customers. Without stock, your products won't be visible on our platform.
