Hello Seller!

We understand it can be concerning if your product upload request is rejected, but don't worry.

In this article, we'll guide you step by step to correct any issues with your template and ensure all your products are successfully uploaded to our marketplace.

Let's get started.

If your product upload request is in the "Invalid Template" ("Plantilla inválida") or "Rejected IR" ("Rechazado IR") status, it means your template has observations that need to be addressed. Don't worry, follow these steps to resolve it.

  • Access the "Catalog" module.
  • Click on the "Product Requests" tab. Here you will find all your product upload requests.
  • Search for your request. Use the "Search Request" filter to quickly find the request you generated when uploading your template.

  • If in the "Status" column, you find that your request is in the states: "Invalid Template" ("Plantilla inválida") or "Rejected IR" ("Rechazado IR"), you will need to correct your template.

Once you've found your request in either of the states ("Invalid Template"-"Plantilla inválida" or "Rejected IR"- "Rechazado ID"), go to the "File" column and click on the download icon. This will allow you to obtain the file with the detected observations.

Open the downloaded file. Inside the file, go to the last column where you will find specific observations.

Correct the downloaded file. Review each observation and make the necessary corrections. Ensure not to delete any products from the file.

  • Return to the "Catalog" module, then navigate back to the "Product Requests" tab.
  • Find your request: Use the "Search Request" filter if needed to locate your request.
  • Replace the template: In the "Replace" column, click on the button.

  • Then, select and upload your corrected template.
  • Your template will be reviewed again by our platform. It's important to stay alert for any updates on the status of your request to act promptly.

Remember: Once your template is approved, you need to assign stock to your products to make them visible on ecommerce platforms. For more information, you can review our article: How can I update the stock of my products?

That's it! By following these steps, you can correct your template and ensure that all your products are available on our marketplace.

Good luck!

Until next time!
