Hello Seller!

In the dynamic world of ecommerce, keeping your product prices updated can be a real challenge.

But don't worry. We're here to make this process easier for you. To this end, we've put together this article that will guide you with simple steps and practical tips so you can manage the price updates of your orders with confidence and ease.

So, get ready to explore how to make your products shine with updated and competitive rates!

Let's get started

You should log in with your username and password to the "Intercorp Seller Center" platform. Once logged in, select the "Catalog" module.

Then, once you are in the "Catalog" module, go to the "Mass Price Update" tab

Once you have entered the "Mass Price Update" tab, you need to download the template where you will change the prices of your products.

To do this, click on "Download template", and an Excel file (xlsx format) will be downloaded immediately

The downloaded file is an Excel document that comprises 7 columns:

  • Product Name - "Nombre de producto" (column "A"): This field should not be edited.
  • SKU (column "B"): This field should not be edited.
  • UPC (column "C"): This field should not be edited.
  • Regular Price (column "D"): Enter the product's price (without discount). Don´t include letters or currency symbols (S/, $, etc.). It must always be in number format.
  • Discounted Price (column "E"): Enter the discounted price of the product (if applicable). Don´t include letters or currency symbols (S/, $, etc.). It must always be in number format, and the discounted price cannot exceed the regular price.
  • Discount Validity Date (from) (column "F"): Enter the date from which the discount will be valid for the product. It should be in the format "YEAR - MONTH - DAY" and cannot be a past date.
  • Discount Validity Date (to) (column "G"): Enter the date until which the discount will be valid for the product. It should be in the format "YEAR - MONTH - DAY" and cannot be a past date.
    • To change the columns SKU and UPC to the "Year-Month-Day" format, follow these steps:

1. First, position yourself in the "Discount Validity Date (from)" column.

2. Right-click and then select the "Format Cells" option.

3. Once you have entered the "Format Cells" option, go to the "Number" tab and select "Date".Then, in the "Type" section, choose the "YEAR-MONTH-DAY" format. Finally, click "Accept".

4. Once accepted, you will see the updated data. Repeat the same actions for column "G," "Discount Validity Date (to)".

5. Before saving the file, ensure that you only keep products whose prices you have updated. Remove any products that have not been modified from the document. This will ensure proper processing of the document on the platform.

Once you have finished working on the Excel file, you need to save it and upload it to Seller Center (module "Content" - tab "Mass Price Update").

*It should be uploaded in xlsx format.

Remember that the template you will upload to our platform should only include products whose prices will be modified; the rest should be removed.

Then, click on "Process Request" and your stock upload request will be generated (we recommend always keeping an eye on the status of your product stock upload).

Once uploaded, the prices of your products will be updated on the Intercorp Seller Center platform.

  • What to do if the platform detects errors in your price update template?

If errors are detected during the processing of your template (Status: "Error"), you need to understand the specific issues that prevented its processing.

Here are the steps to follow:

    1. Go to your processing request for the template and click on the download button found in the "Download" column.

2. Open the downloaded file and navigate to the last column where you will find the observations detected by the platform.

3. Correct the detected observations. Once done, save the file.

4. To re-upload the document to the platform, click on the "Upload File" button. It's important to stay attentive to any updates in the status of your template upload request.

In conclusion, managing price updates on our Marketplace is not only easy but also represents an exciting opportunity to stand out and captivate your audience.

Get ready to see your products shine and your sales soar!
