Please note that the 'Support Button' is the official means for making various types of requests and inquiries. Therefore, it is necessary to generate a ticket through this channel so our team can address your requests and questions.




  • First, you need to go to the 'Create Ticket' button located at the top of the Intercorp Seller Center platform.




  • Next, you need to fill in the fields with the requested information in the form.



  • Finally, click on 'Submit'.



When filling out the form, we recommend being detailed in completing your information, so that the support team can assist you more efficiently and reduce your wait time for a response.
